Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Certain personal-care items or products marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.

Note: Since we operate through a dropshipping model, returns may need to be sent directly to our supplier’s warehouse. We will provide the correct return address after approving your return request.


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@elderease.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary, but typically take 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • The item is returned used or damaged.

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elderease.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing, and cancellation may not be possible.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
